This leno weave fabric is the representative summer kimono material.  The material has a transparent and cooling feeling brought about by a unique weaving process that produces openings in the fabric. Originally kimono material was always produced with the narrow width called ‘kijaku’ (34cm), but we have designed and woven our material with a width of 112 cm so it can be used for apparel, clothing and accessories, or even crafts and patchwork. This material follows our company’s concept of using traditional Japanese fabrics for modern fashion.
